Earlier this week, Kid Cudi teased his mysterious Asterisk Collective project via video with phrases inspiring positive change and unity. It’s now been revealed that the Asterisk Collective is adidas‘s
newest campaign, aimed towards empowering individuals and bringing
together music, sports and creativity with the endorsement of figures
such as Patrick Mahomes, Donovan Mitchell, Candace Parker, Raury, H.E.R. and Kid Cudi.
To launch the Asterisk Collective, adidas Originals has debuted a TRESC Run
colorway featuring a bright “Active Red” hue and Asterisk branding. The
new ’90s-inspired silhouette features a mesh upper with suede and
leather overlays. The Three Stripes branding appears in a blue, white
and green color scheme, which appears again at the heel counter as an
Asterisk logo embroidery. The vibrant theme continues at the tongue
branding, insoles and semi-translucent, marbled outsole design.
The Asterisk Collection adidas Originals TRESC Run “Active Red” colorway will release on December 20 for $130 USD at adidas’s web store.
