I couldn't be more excited to see these Chicago Kids get the shine they've put in the work for all of 2017! This was a great look for FTW, DBM, Vita, Sensei, Vic, Rello, Joe Fresh Goods and the City of Chicago... I was on hand to experience to madness at the Originals store when Joe did the tee giveaway for the Prophere launch. super amped to see CHICAGO winning...

"adidas Originals spotlights the Chicago-natives behind Fat Tiger Workshop in its latest visual lookbook for the all-new Prophere sneaker. Donning the uniquely-crafted Three-Striped silhouette, the FTW crew is filmed while journeying through the Chicago streets to the collective’s flagship store on N. Milwaukee Ave.

With humble beginnings, FTW has championed itself as “blue-collar streetwear” while proudly touting its “Made in a Chicago Hood” status. Being somewhat of an underdog amongst stores, the collective has successfully fought to sustain operations as they sell only in-house-crafted garments. Through their audacious efforts, FTW has challenged the role of a traditional retail space as they became a conduit that lifts not only themselves but the surrounding community and the city of Chicago.
